International workshop on atomic-scale manipulation and spectroscopy (AMS 2011)

The workshop was held on October 13 and 14, 2011, at NTT Atsugi R&D center.

The workshop is organized by NTT, Japan and PDI, Germany.

We are performing basic research in the field of materials science and solid state physics and we look for possible applications. (check our mission)

Located in the heart of Berlin about 100 staff-members from all around the world are working to elucidate the fundamentals of semiconductor-nanostructures, and to  inspire and demonstrate new functionalities for future information technology.
